Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days depending on your location. UK and UAE customers typically receive orders in 7–10 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes — we ship to the UK, UAE, US, Europe, Canada, Australia, and most countries worldwide.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on all orders over €50. Orders under €50 have a flat shipping fee of €3.99–5.99.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched, usually within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

Are your products really made from bamboo?

Yes — all bamboo products are made from natural, sustainably sourced bamboo. No synthetic materials, no harmful chemicals. Our walnut products are solid black walnut wood.

How do I care for bamboo products?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged soaking in water. Dry immediately after cleaning. Occasional light oiling with food-safe oil will keep the bamboo looking beautiful for years.

Will the sofa arm tray fit my sofa?

The bamboo sofa arm tray is designed to fit most standard sofa and couch armrests. The flexible, foldable base adapts to different widths. If you have an unusually wide or curved armrest, feel free to email us with your measurements and we will advise.
