We want you to love everything you order from Bambu Casa. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-day return policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email us at info@bambucasa.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after 30 days without prior authorisation

Return shipping costs

• If the item is faulty or we made an error: we cover return shipping
• If you changed your mind: return shipping is at your cost
